We also practice outdoors several days per week at Les Nefs, under or near the hanger of Les Machines de l’Île.
This space allows us to host an unlimited amount of participants. However, be sure to dress accordingly, depending on the weather!
Mats, towels and other equipment are unfortunately not provided for outdoor classes.
Please be sure to bring your mat and any other yoga tools you may need! I also recommend bringing a towel to put your mat on so you can keep it clean!
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to set up your mat and avoid disturbing fellow yogis. Stay tuned via email & on Half Lotus social pages for changes in the schedule due to weather conditions.
