The most challenging, full body workout! Cardioga uses a mix of stationary cardio exercise to increase heart rate, pilates movement to strengthen the whole body and yoga asanas to improve balance and flexibility. The short bursts of energy and intensity burn more calories and improve aerobic capacity, all while gaining yogic benefits of breath, strength and movement. This high intensity and low impact course will strengthen your mind, body and soul.

All classes are beginner friendly, but not necessarily easy. The first few tries of any new activity will always be challenging!

Optional: Add an extra kick to your workout by bringing resistance bands and small, hand weights!
