Low intensity, low impact, endurance, balance, flexibility.

Ashtanga Body is a slow moving, full body workout, using primary ashtanga series and principles of yoga. This class allows you to gain endurance and flexibility, through a variety of easy to difficult postures. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate yogi, this class encourages you to practice more classical yoga asanas, while increasing the heart rate and working up a sweat. After a consistent practice of Ashtanga Body, you will recognize a difference in your body, stability, balance and overall yogic practice

All classes are beginner friendly, but not necessarily easy. The first few tries of any new activity will always be challenging!

The Half Lotus Promise: After 5 classes, you will feel and see a difference in your overall body tone, balance, flexibility and endurance!

Optional: Yoga blocks, straps and cushions can be used to facilitate more difficult postures.
